False statements or info provided for career management services is your responsibility and we will not be held liable for such false statements within these services. The terms "you" and “your” as used in these terms and conditions refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing or using this Site for any reason. If you do not agree or accept any of the terms and conditions stated here, you must cease using this site immediately.

By using this Site, including all Content and services available through it, you agree that you shall not:

We use third parties to help us process your information as part of the career management process. We may collect and aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service. We may also share aggregate information with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or identifying information. You consent to us using information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways. We will process any data which you provide in completing the online resume/coaching application forms, emails and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this Site in accordance with data protection legislation. By accepting these terms and conditions, and each time you use the site or the service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure by CareerNiche of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including any updates, without any further notice to you or any liability to you or any other person.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate and complete, some of the information is supplied to us by third parties and we are not able to check the accuracy or completeness of that information. We do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information on this Site or any liability in respect of information on this Site supplied by you, any other user of the Site or any other person.
Terms & Conditions of Services;
Sending of Emails – We will not be held liable for late delivery of emails or emails that have not arrived due to outside sources and factors which are beyond our control.
Resume Writing - We do not promote Clients completed resume to outside parties or assist in finding a job, we are not liable and in no way imply that any of its entities or affiliates promise or guarantee any assistance in customer / client job search beyond the design of career documents; We neither offer nor imply in any way that it will combine its resume or career document service with any paid or other form of job search assistance.
We require that the client provides 24 hour cancellation notice of set appointment, or a fee of $50+ will be charged to the credit card.
Document Sending Format – We provide completed resume and other documents in Microsoft Word for Windows format. We will not be held liable for any incompatibly problems with the client’s computer programs, software, and set-up as well as the client’s cellphone set-up. Please note, that we do not provide IT support, it is the clients responsibility to search for appropriate IT professional support.
LinkedIn Profile Writing - Our LinkedIn Profile Writing service involves the provision either a update or a full write-up of the various sections of a LinkedIn Profile, this written content may be easily copied and pasted into a profile. We do not directly log into or create profiles on behalf of our clients account.
Refund & Money Back Policy: In order to meet our seven business day commitment to you and the time taken during the intake session we may be required to turn away additional projects from other paying clients and that time is considered compensational, so there is a no money back and non-refundable policy.
